The Underground Collective was founded in March 2024 by Samir Fernandes in Hollywood, Los Angeles.

Born and raised in Mumbai, India he learned how to sing, play the guitar & piano as a child.

He watched thousands of movies across international cinema, hundreds of TV shows and has been listening to all the best music from Asia from a young age.

His obsessive love of music, film, TV, sports & video games is what inspired him to begin The Underground Collective.

He previously worked at APM Music, the biggest production music library in the world.

During his time at APM he managed the licensing of over 1600 sync placements across all the biggest movies, tv shows, trailers & video games in Hollywood.
